All online payments are 100% safe. We use eWAY which is the leading Internet payment gateway provider operating in Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom. Major companies who currently use eWAY include; Qantas, Australia Post, Optus, Harvey World Travel to name a few.

Q3.Do you have a showroom? Am i able to view your products? To keep our prices at the lowest price possible we only have distribution warehouses so we dont have a retail display store. This way we can keep our rents and overheads lower and pass on the savings to our customers. You can pick up products direct from our warehouse or we can send them via courier.

Q4.How do you compare Lifespan products with the market? The best thing about all Lifespan products is that they are reasonably priced. Lifespan imports all its products therefore cutting out the middleman and offering factory direct prices all our customers. Lifespan also prides itself on quality offering extended warranty on its products.

Q5.Continuous vs. Peak. When analysing any motor house power, you should always go by the continuous hp rating. Continuous hp is what the motor constantly runs at while the peak hp is really only reached when the machine is initially turned on and when it is starting to strain (i.e. changing incline levels or needs a service). If a motor were to run at its peak for too long, this can eventually burn the motor. In Summary, a true reflection of the motor rating should be based on the continuous hp as this is what the motor constantly runs at.

Q6.Comparison between Exer18, Exer20 and Exer35. The major difference between all of our Exer 18, 35 and 20 Exercise Bikes is the size and weight of the unit. The more expensive the Exercise Bike, the heavier the flywheel which creates a smoother rotation as you pedal. This is a very important feature of the exercise bike as a smoother rotation with give you a better workout. Also the heavier the flywheel, the more resistance you can apply to your workout. Other major differences include the tension controller. The Exer 18 and 35 have a manual lever to adjust the tension whereas the Exer 20 has an index lever (numbered 1-8) which can be helpful as the resistance it is sectioned off into levels. As mentioned earlier, the size and weight of the bike increases as the cost of Exercise Bikes increase. For example, The Exer 20 will be more sturdy and heavier then say the Exer and 18 and 35. In Summary, the more expensive the Exercise Bike, the heavier, larger and smoother rotation the Exercise bike will have.

Q7.Comparison of Super XL Vs Sprinter XL. The Sprinter and Super treadmills are very similar models but there are a few little upgrades when it comes to the Super over the Sprinter. For an extra $200, you will receive a 45cm wide belt as appose to 42cm, bonus extra wide foot plates on either side of the treadmill (great for customers who tend to stop allot while training), 20km/h maximum speed vs. 18km/h and 180 kg maximum user weight vs. 140 kg. The one feature which the Sprinter has and the Super doesn’t is the Gel suspension. For more information on this, please search Gel Suspension. The specifications which remain the same on both models are the motor, automatic incline levels and MP3 connection. Back To Top Q8.The comparison between BOOMER PLUS and CLASSICThe Boomer is priced at $499 and the Classic at $599. Both these models are a manual incline machine with the classic priced at $100 more than the Boomer.

Q8 - Do you provide a warranty with the gym equipment ?  Yes we do. The minimum warranty we provide is 12 months full warranty on gym equipment and all our treadmill models now have a lifetime warranty on the motor.

You may ask yourself this question. Which item is the best value for money? For the extra $100, what do it get? Here are my results. If you can afford the extra $100, I would suggest you buy the Classic treadmill. It has an extra level manual incline, gel suspension running deck, extra programs and a stronger frame. If you cannot afford the extra $100, then I would suggest you purchase the Boomer treadmill, it is a great machine and well priced at $499. Both these machines come with a maximum speed of 16km/h which is more than enough speed, 1.5 continuous hp, built in programs, manual Inline, MP3 connection and are pre-assembled in the box. I hope this analysis helps you in choosing the right Lifespan treadmill to suit your needs.
