| I recently purchased the Lifespan Boost treadmill and have been extremely impressed with the service received and the product itself.
I ordered the treadmill online on Thursday night, and collected the item in person on Saturday morning. The whole process from payment to collection was extremely easy and Dean was very helpful with any queries I had.
The treadmill itself is great value for money - would definitely recommend this product to others. |

| I must say....As a customer, I am completely impressed by the technical support given to us since last Friday night when our problem occurred.
It started with my original call to your distributor Dean from HomeGymEquipment, who took the time outside of business hours to call us back to see what our issues were. After Dean gave us the relevant information for the technical support assistance avenue, we were again impressed with the timely manner that you responded to let us know that they had referred our issue to their technical support team and that we would be contacted shortly.
We were indeed contacted today ( Monday) with 3 possible fixes. The problem ended up being the advice of pressing the reset button on the main control board. After executing this procedure everything returned to normal.
So in summary....
Our problem occurred after hours on a Friday night and our problem was fixed by the following Monday night and in between there was a weekend. A superior level of technical support I must say. I wish your business every success, with support like this you deserve it.
