| Item is good value, well made. I think its ideal as a 1st workout bench. Serious bodybuilders may want something a bit more solidly made, but its fine for an average guy like me who wants to add a bit of muscle. It took a while to assemble, but not difficult. Dean was very helpful in arranging me to pick it up out of regular hours. One thing to note - it is designed for an olympic barbell size. I have a "standard" size bar and it only just fits, requiring careful repositioning each time. |

| Just received my treadmill from a very cheerfull and helpful delivery man. My wife and I with a little help from our daughter were able to carry this unit up the stairs to the second floor where we easily and methodically assemble it. The instruction manual are clear enough to make the experience a breeze and in just about one hour, from opening the box to testing the belt for a 2 minute initial run, I'm already on top of it doing a 30 minute uphill run! I think I'm going to love this machine for a very long time! Thank you. |

| Delivery was within 5 days of purchase (as foretold by Dean). Delivery man helped me get it up 1 flight of stairs to my flat. The treadmill was very easy to assemble - with straightforward instruction booklet and all the necessary nuts, bolts, washers and even wrench, screwdriver and allen key provided.
Treadmill is lightweight yet hardy and easy to use. So far so good! |
