Refund Policy

If the item is damaged or faulty upon receiving it, you are entitled to a refund. The conditions of the refund are as follows. Returns must be made within the first 7 days upon ordering your item to entitle you to a refund.

FREIGHT is non refundable under any circumstances. Our refund policy requires you to return the item back to base. If this is not achievable, then we will organize the collection of the freight and forward the costs to the customer.

Claims made after this period of time, items will be repaired. If item cannot be repaired, then a replacement may be provided.
