Q Do you have a Warranty on your Gym Equipment ?
Yes we do. We have a lifetime warranty on all our treadmill models ( motor) and 1 Year Warranty on all other equipment.

Q1. Are online payments safe on your website? All online payments are 100% safe. We use eWAY which is the leading Internet payment gateway provider operating in Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom. Major companies who currently use eWAY include; Qantas, Australia Post, Optus, Harvey World Travel to name a few.

Q2. How long have you been trading?
We have been trading since 1990 importing the highest quality products for the Australian market. Every year we continue to grow in the marketplace and we now have warehouses in Derrimut 3030 Victoria and Leichhardt 2040, Sydney New South Wales.

Q3. Do you have a showroom?
Some Products are available on display in Sydney and melbourne. Its best to email us or call Dean direct on 0402 616684 to check if we have it in stock for viewing. You can pick up products direct from our warehouse or we can send them via courier.

Q4.How do you compare Endurance products with the market? 
The best thing about all Endurance products is that they are reasonably priced. Endurance imports all its products therefore cutting out the middleman and offering factory direct prices all our customers. Endurance also prides itself on quality offering extended warranty on its products.

Q5.Continuous vs. Peak - Treadmill Motors
When analysing any treadmill motor horse power, you should always go by the continuous hp rating. Continuous hp is what the motor constantly runs at while the peak hp is really only reached when the machine is initially turned on and when it is starting to strain (i.e. changing incline levels or needs a service). If a motor were to run at its peak for too long, this can eventually burn the motor.In Summary, a true reflection of the motor rating should be based on the continuous hp as this is what the motor constantly runs at.

Q6. Comparison between Endurance Spin Bikes
The major difference between all of our Endurance Spin Bikes is the size and weight of the unit. The more expensive the Exercise Bike, the heavier the flywheel which creates a smoother rotation as you pedal. This is a very important feature of the exercise bike as a smoother rotation with give you a better workout. Also the heavier the flywheel, the more resistance you can apply to your workout

Q8. Do you provide a warranty with the gym equipment ? 
Yes we do. The minimum warranty we provide is 12 months full warranty on gym equipment and all our treadmill models now have a lifetime warranty on the motor.

Q9. What are the options available for receiving my newly purchased items?
After purchasing items from our online store, you will be prompted with the choice of having the products delivered to your door, or organising a pickup from our Sydney or Melbourne Warehouses.

Q10. Will you deliver to upstairs?
Deliverying upstairs requires extra assistance and needs to be cleared with the courier company before we can confirm this delivery. Please contact us if you have a delivery with stairs

Q11. Do you have a showroom? Am I able to view your products?
We currently have a Sydney showrooms in Leichhardt 2040 for all customers to view and test our quality products. In Melbourne we have a distribution warehouse In Derrimut 3030 Victoria

Yes we currently  offer instalment plans with After Pay.

Q13. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on your location, the delivery times may vary but usually its anywhere from 2-3 days In Metro Areas.You can request Express deliveries

Home Gym Equipment offers a 7 day return policy on all products sold. We will offer a full refund on damaged or faulty goods, or offer a money back guarantee if you’re unhappy with any of our products.

Q15. What is Home Gym Equipment warranty policy?
Home Gym Equipment provides a full minimum 12 months warranty coverage on all products sold. Warranty periods may vary for different types of products. Endurance Treadmills all come with a standard Lifetime Frame and Motor warranty. Lifetime is considered to be 5 years unless otherwise stated specifically.
